Common questions

Where is my save game, and will it move to a new iPhone?

Your progress is stored only on your device. It moves over when you set up the new iPhone from a device or iCloud backup, or with Quick Start. A fresh install without a backup starts from zero. The game settings also offer exporting and importing a save file.

What is free, and what does the full version include?

The game is free to download. Rings 1 (LHC) and 2 (FCC) are free, including all 13 real Standard Model particles and the ring 2 hypothetical candidates. The one-time purchase “Full version” (3.99 € or local equivalent) unlocks rings 3–7 (continental ring, Earth, Moon orbit, Sun orbit, heliosphere) and their particles. There are no ads and no subscriptions, particles and rarities are never for sale, and the purchase does not change drop rates.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Purchases are handled by Apple, so Apple also handles refunds and payment questions.

How do I change the language?

Open the settings in the game and pick a language. Idle Collider speaks English, German, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese and Italian.

Can I turn off sound, haptics or motion, or save battery?

Yes. The settings contain switches for sound, haptics and reduced motion, plus a graphics level that lowers the effects load.

Why did the offline progress stop after a while?

Offline progress is capped at 2 hours plus 2 hours per cryostat level (up to 22 hours at the maximum level). Upgrade the cryostat to stay away longer.

I think a physics fact is wrong.

Please write. Names, symbols and masses follow the Particle Data Group tables; the codex marks hypothetical particles and fictional thresholds. Corrections are welcome.

Häufige Fragen

Wo liegt mein Spielstand, und zieht er auf ein neues iPhone um?

Ihr Fortschritt liegt nur auf Ihrem Gerät. Er zieht um, wenn Sie das neue iPhone aus einem Geräte- oder iCloud-Backup oder per Schnellstart einrichten. Eine Neuinstallation ohne Backup beginnt bei null. In den Spieleinstellungen können Sie den Spielstand auch als Datei exportieren und importieren.

Was ist kostenlos, und was enthält die Vollversion?

Das Spiel ist kostenlos. Ring 1 (LHC) und Ring 2 (FCC) sind frei, inklusive aller 13 echten Standardmodell-Teilchen und der hypothetischen Kandidaten von Ring 2. Der einmalige Kauf „Vollversion“ (3,99 € oder lokales Äquivalent) schaltet die Ringe 3–7 (Kontinentalring, Erde, Mondbahn, Sonnenbahn, Heliosphäre) und ihre Teilchen frei. Es gibt keine Werbung und keine Abos, Teilchen und Seltenheiten sind nie käuflich, und der Kauf ändert keine Drop-Raten.

Wie stelle ich meinen Kauf wieder her?

Öffnen Sie die Einstellungen im Spiel und tippen Sie auf „Käufe wiederherstellen“. Verwenden Sie dieselbe Apple-ID wie beim Kauf. Käufe werden von Apple abgewickelt; Erstattungen und Zahlungsfragen klärt daher ebenfalls Apple.

Wie ändere ich die Sprache?

Öffnen Sie die Einstellungen im Spiel und wählen Sie eine Sprache. Idle Collider spricht Englisch, Deutsch, vereinfachtes Chinesisch, Japanisch, Koreanisch, Spanisch, Französisch, brasilianisches Portugiesisch und Italienisch.

Kann ich Ton, Haptik oder Bewegung ausschalten oder Akku sparen?

Ja. Die Einstellungen enthalten Schalter für Ton, Haptik und reduzierte Bewegung sowie eine Grafikstufe, die die Effektlast senkt.

Warum hört der Offline-Fortschritt nach einer Weile auf?

Der Offline-Fortschritt ist auf 2 Stunden plus 2 Stunden je Kryostat-Stufe begrenzt (bis zu 22 Stunden auf der höchsten Stufe). Mit dem Kryostat-Upgrade können Sie länger wegbleiben.
